223 Broad Street is a Lodging house for male and female adults.
It is owned by one of our affilliates. Building is conveniently located only blocks from a bus stop &
a half mile from entrance to 691. Rooms are furnished similar to a hotel room. They have hardwood floors,and
include a full sized refrigerator. All rooms are cable ready and have phone hookups. All rooms include heat, hot water,
gas and electricity.
*Amenities Include: a shared, fully
equiped kitchen for cooking, , offstreet parking in the
lot, outside . Owner takes pride in a Clean, Safe household.
* Security features: All rooms
have solid heavy duty doors with deadbolts. . ; a "No Guest, No visitor" policy. This limits the house to
only listed tenants who are residents; a major plus point in safety and noise reduction. This is a Safe, Quiet
and trouble free houshold due to this. Tenants may enter or exit at all hours .
*Parking: There is an off street parking
lot availble by permit for tenants to use 24 hours a day.
*Prices: Rooms start at $180 per week
for single occupancy and double occupancy starts at $205 per week.
*Terms: All rooms are rented on a weekly
basis with a written lease agreement and a four week minimum rental period. A four week written notice is required
before vacating. You can stay as long as you want or as short as you want over four weeks.
*Security
deposits: Security deposits are required for all room rentals. Security for
a single room starts at $1,350. and security for a double room is higher. All security deposits
are returned the day a tenant vacates.
*Laundermat facilities: There are several
self serve laundramats within a few blocks of the building.
* Transportation: There is a Connecticut
Transit bus stop on Broad Street and East Main Street and another on Liberty Street and Parker Avenue North. Taxi service
is available also.

A super stop and shop is located quarter mile from building on Broad Street and East Main Street and has a M&E Bank inside.
Several other banks, restaurants, drug stores and shops are located within easy walking distance.
*Location: 223 Broad Street is
located on Meriden's East side also known as route 5. Route 5 is a major highway north & south between Meriden &
Wallingford and Berlin turnpike. It is mostly residential where the building is located but changes in a few blocks
to include grocery stores, restaurants, and businesses. Entrance to 691 is half mile away and 91 is only a half mile
away.
